Springbank 25 Year Old Single Malt 2023 Release 70cl Two Brewers Displaying a brightThe 2023 release of the 25 year old from Springbank sees a change in presentation, black and gold inverted to the variation seen on the 30 year old. This release is a 50 50 mix of maturation of bourbon sherry. Sweet aromas with caramel and millionaire shortbread, dried pineapple and honeydew melon. The palate is gentle and refined with a smooth buttery feel. There are touches of gingerbread and liquorice along with notes of coffee grounds hinting at a
